I remember when
Sometimes I like to remember when I was a child with no worries! Wasn't it great when we didn't have to be the ones to pay the bills. The truth is I loved the time I wasn't in school either. I always like being home with my parents. Anyway one of my cousins sent me this picture and I think I'm rather cute. as you can see all I had on was my panties and a blouse. Well that is how I played outside sometimes. Hey this was the sixties we were living free. So it's me with my skinny legs, my sister Donna standing next to me, and Daddy holding our baby Tammy.
Made in USA
I always try to buy everything Made in USA. I realize sometimes that is impossible, sometimes because we don't make it here and sometimes it's the cost. But if it is at all possible I want to pay some one in the United States to make my product. We the people need to keep our people in jobs!!!!
These pictures are of the beautiful Anchor baking pans I bought. The are called "Reflections Elegant Glass Bakeware" and just as beautiful as those antique dishes people are always buying. These are sold at most large department stores and online.
Baby it's cold outside

Southern Fried
Sinking me teeth into the luscious flesh,
Of a delectable juicy tender breast.
Waking taste buds, pure delight.
Southern fried chicken always right.
Clear juices shining on my chin.
Could be rooster, could be hen.
Just so it ends on my plate,
Morning, noon, or even late.
Of a delectable juicy tender breast.
Waking taste buds, pure delight.
Southern fried chicken always right.
Clear juices shining on my chin.
Could be rooster, could be hen.
Just so it ends on my plate,
Morning, noon, or even late.
Splendors from God
This morning I awoke and from my window I spied,
the most beautiful sight God created just right.
Beautiful birds were sitting amongst lovely hued leaves,
Singing love hymns especially for me.
The wind gently whispers among the leaves,
Gods great love for you and me.
the most beautiful sight God created just right.
Beautiful birds were sitting amongst lovely hued leaves,
Singing love hymns especially for me.
The wind gently whispers among the leaves,
Gods great love for you and me.
Poetry of Autumn
The gentle breeze caressing my face,
Light mist leaving diamonds, just a trace.
The rippling brook, full of Autumns' grace,
Leaves of every hue, taking their place.
Light mist leaving diamonds, just a trace.
The rippling brook, full of Autumns' grace,
Leaves of every hue, taking their place.
Your Eyes
Looking into your beautiful eyes,
Seeing them sparkle with pure delight.
I love your wit, so full of fun.
Making life brighter, reveling the sun.
Serious moments, intelligent light,
That shines from beautiful eyes so bright.
Looking beyond trivial ravel,
To the heart of life that truly matters.
Dark eyes clouded in secret thoughts,
As our lips, so softly part.
Beautiful soul, heart of gold,
Shining from your eyes so bold.
Seeing them sparkle with pure delight.
I love your wit, so full of fun.
Making life brighter, reveling the sun.
Serious moments, intelligent light,
That shines from beautiful eyes so bright.
Looking beyond trivial ravel,
To the heart of life that truly matters.
Dark eyes clouded in secret thoughts,
As our lips, so softly part.
Beautiful soul, heart of gold,
Shining from your eyes so bold.
